After close to a year trying different combo's and ammounts of psychoactive drugs i think me and my therapist finally found the right combo for me.

.5 mg Risperdal twice a day,
20 mg Adderall three times a day,
500 mg Depakote at night.

after just a week being on the Risperdal with that combo i feel like i used to back in the day almost. Im not spending every moment over analyzing anything and everything that i perceive other people acting twords me. I dont mind being myself in public and dressing/acting the way i want to and when i do im not worrying what everyone is thinking about me.

I mean i know i may not seem to much different in person to anyone, but thats just cause i had a front of my former self that i put up when around anyone i cared about so they wouldnet worry about me. now im acting how i want to and not mentally freaking out the whole time.

well thats it for now i need to get my ipod going for my trip to vegas tomarrow. ill post more later
