Some of you may remember reading in my journal last month about me experiencing a presence/spirit. Well it happened again last night.
Went to bed around midnight was shattered n eventually fell sleep. Then about 3am something woke me up. Bear in mind everyone in my house was asleep in bed all the lights were off and the windows n doors were closed n locked. I heard someone come up the stairs. But I told myself "Your imagining it" so closed my eyes n snuggled down to go back to sleep.
Then I heard my bedroom door open. I kept my eyes closed cos to be honest I was freaked out. Pretended to be asleep then suddenly like before I couldn't move. I felt someone lie down on the bed behind me and they put their face right against mine and held me down on the bed and whispered to me "If you move, I'll kill you!". The presence stayed thier for at least 10mins after that. All the time I couldn't move or speak (I wanted to scream but physically couldn't, just as before).
Again I was wide awake during the whole experience so there was no way I was dreaming. I hadn't been drinking that night or watching anything scary. So I know there wasn't anything influencing me or subconciously make me imagine it.
I've alway been aware I can sense presences/spirits, but it's never been so strong before or freaked me out as much before. In the past it's never been threatning and they've never spoke to me. I've just sensed them there.
After that last night I couldn't get back to sleep n being honest I was scared to close my eyes again in case it started again. By this point it was well after 4am n I had to be up at 7am to get ready for work. I think I finally got an hours sleep before having to get up for work. I just wanted to sleep all day at work.
This whole thing is freaking me out n I don't know what to do about it.
