I had the weirdest night last night, I eventually went to sleep as normal. I started dreaming about my Gran who'd died a couple of years ago, which that alone kinda kreeped me out cos it was a weird dream. But I'm used to weird dreams or dreaming about things before they happen.
Anyways I woke up, but not like startled. Woke up kinda normally n calm. As soon as I woke I could sense the was someone in the room with me, but the room was empty. Then suddenly I could feel someone standing over me with thier hand on the back of my neck (I was lying on my front) holding me down against the bed. I could feel thier breathe on the back of my neck. I tried to move but I physically could not move my body at all, part of me wanted to scream but I couldn't make a noise. All this time the room was completly empty, no one there. This feeling/sense and not being able to move lasted for about 10mins. Then everything was normal.
This has got to be the weirdest sensation I've ever had, I wasn't dreaming cos I was wide awake. I hadn't been watching anything remotely scary before I went to bed to make me dream. I don't know what the hell it was. But I swear something or someone was in the room with me, even tho I couldn't see them.
I'm hoping that don't happen again tonight, cos I was bloody tired goin into work today cos I got very little sleep after that.
