Okay I saw Batman Begins on Wednesday and it fucking ROCKED!!!
Aside from getting to see his hotness, Christian Bale, on screen, its the best movie adaptation of Batman I have yet seen. Reminded me very much of Frank Miller's "Batman year one"
I like the idea of the Tumbler as the Batmobile as oppossed to the car from the comics and the first 5 movies (I'm including the Adam West movie in this, which is fuckin great just for its campy fun)
And the catch at the end! (not going to tell) was absolutly perfect. It could not have made me happier.
The weakest part of the movie was Katie Holmes character. Descent character but not a necessity except as the movie's love interest. She was still one hell of alot better then screaming fainting wussy ass Vicky Vale from the first Batman. *shudders* its bad when you want the love interest to just ... die.
Anyway, I love Batman and I love Christian Bale(he's hot and he's a really excellent actor) but it makes me that much happier that the movie was so well done.
