so, my dad got into a car accident today. some asshole ran a red light. probably talking on the fucking phone. no one was hurt, thank god, and the guy got charged, so i guess you could say justice has been served, but a second later and he would've hit the driver's side door and i wouldn't have had a dad anymore.

yea i think you can be charged. but then they go and give the cops cell phones. what the fuck right?
