Sigh. I got up and went to yoga this morning, did my thing, got up at the end after meditating all calm and mellow... and discovered that someone had stepped on my glasses. I wish people would at least own up to stuff. I mean, it's not like I wasn't going to notice they were falling off my face when I put them on.
