At least we would have if we had been on time

This has been a weird week. I'm really restless right now... I'm so ready to quit my job and run off to do something else. I had vague plans of moving farther into the city, or running off to Alaska to work the cruise season, or saving a pile of cash and going back to school. I don't know what I want to do with myself.

My bf's mom has invited us to go back east and crash with her for a while while we get our heads on straight, since we're both going round and round on this. The other half of my family is only three hours from there so we might take her up on it. Maybe I just need a change of scenery, or maybe I'm just feeling regressive and irresponsible right now. We have to decide pretty quick if we're going to do it, though, since we would have to give notice on our apartment next week if we go at the end of the month. *sigh* Everything sounds like an equally mediocre idea right now. But I have to break this rut that I've been in for... 5 or 6 years.
