UPDATE: I have to agree that the road to hell is a gradual one, with no signposts.

Good luck with your starting over. I know just how you feel.
I'm afraid I'm not lucky enough to have any nurses, naughty or otherwise, in any position to physically help me. But I have a few people who would rather I saw another day or two, and they like to tell me what to do.
