Tonight is the prime example of how I handle unfavorable situations...
My #1's birthday is tonight. We bar-hop all night and are having a good time. We end up needing to walk a bit farther than she wants to and starts throwing a fit. I walk behind. They (her and her roommate) stop and I keep walking. Either I'm going to find a friend's house/couch to sleep on or I'm going to take a cab back to my car and home. I feel kinda bad. Something like 30 minutes after I walk away from them, they get a cab and call me. I tell her that I'm going to stay the night at a friend's house. She's pissed and texts me after we get off the phone that she thought I would stay by her side all night and I didn't.
I'll admit, I acted pretty selfishly. I don't deal with adults acting like children very well. I don't really know if I need advice... I feel bad. I have a tendency, when I've been drinking, to make decisions before I think them through.

So did she get over it, will she get over it?
