Goal for this weekend... get back into the gym. I haven't been in a week because of my back and I'm going crazy. My eating has gone haywire because I'm bored and hormonal.

No more excuses...

heres to getting back on track ...I need to get my arse in gear and do the GRE then apply to grad schools
