This weekend was pretty good. For the first time in a while, I spent the weekend just chilling out at home. I turned in a couple applications down at the Riviera on Saturday afternoon, went to Costco, then came home and got ready to go out with my sister, brother-in-law and some of their friends to go see their friend's bands in El Segundo. I got plastered and made some friends at the bar. Ended up puking outside of the car afterwards because I drank beer before we headed out, then proceeded to drink vodka and Redbulls all night
I woke up feeling awesome though, went back down to the Riviera to turn in a couple more applications on Sunday, met the owner of The Yoga Center, then went to my niece's cross country banquet.
I started jogging this weekend too, but I've only done it once... Saturday morning. I've been walking a lot lately. Went on a photography excursion with a friend and her classmate to quite a few places in the Southbay last night.
I made friends with the owner of The Yoga Center. Her name is Diane. She thought of doing trade, like I would work for her around her store (very cute, btw) and I would get free yoga lessons. That's exciting. She's a very nice lady! I look forward to seeing more of her. She was helping me brainstorm ideas of places I can work.
I have an interview tomorrow at a cancer treatment office not too far from here. I'm very very excited about this! I'm also going to be doing odd jobs around my old office for some of the agents, so I'll be keeping busy and making some pretty decent money. I need to finish updating my resume so I can send it out to almost a dozen job postings I found on Craigslist.
I guess that's all that really going on with me. My sister's being grumpy. She needs to go to work, but she's taking the week off to get better. She's been sick for almost two weeks now.
Still writing in my journal and keeping in touch with friends I made at Landmark. My first seminar is coming up next Monday and I'm very very excited to be seeing some of the people I met at the Forum. This girl Alexis that I met there is super familiar looking but I don't know where I've seen her before. For some reason, I'm thinking here on SG.
Anywho, hope everyone has an amazing week!
Besos!
