The past few days i have been utterly miserable. I have had some type of flu/cough/cold. I havent been sick all bloody year and now it is finally catching up to me. Blaarrgg! As some of you may know the Sundance Film Festival is going on right now. Last night me and the man got free tickets to go and see Snoop Dogg! Despite me feeling under the weather i figured this was a once in a lifetime opportunity and decided to suck it up and go. I really should have stayed home though because the drive up the canyon made my ears and head feel like a balloon, and once we got there, the three drinks that i did have made me feel like i was in a dream. There i was in a huge crowd surrounded my tons of people , three feet away from the stage and what happens? I start burning up and feeling very faint and claustrophobic.. I had to get out of there or else i was going to pass out.
Im so bummed that i couldnt even tough it out to see snoop come on stage! Oh well i gotta take care of me first right? My man was such a good sport about the whole thing and got me home in bed with my nyquill and cough drops! Im still feeling pretty shitty right now, but at least i dont have to worry about going into work...
