Wow, I think 35 comments is enough for one entry.
I went to SGDFW Bowling on Saturday. It was fun. Mexican went with me, and we took Ivan.
On a more depressing note, things aren't getting much better. I am at a loss for what to do. I want to stay and fix things even though I know that I alone can't fix em.
I need an upgrade.
My mom is going to pay to get Lylah spade. That'd be nice. She's worried Lylah will get raped and yada yada yada yada. She talks to me as if I don't know anything about animals. I hadn't gotten her spade yet because my vet would like to do it between five and six months of age. I was just going to wait until the end of September because that would work out best on everyone's schedule. But NO, my mom has to have everything her way even though I live X miles away from her and Lylah isn't even her dog.
But hey, if she wants to pay for it then she is more than welcome to.
There's my little girl (30 lbs worth of chow chow) sittin int the back seat of my car. She had just woken up from a nap when this was taken and has a bunch of eye boogers. That's why she looks like she's high.

I should probably post this in the Dogs group, l where it belongs, but I'm sure I face the backlash of everyone.
Has anyone else noticed that the group has turned into a rescue dogs group instead of just about dogs? We all know there are plenty of dogs in shelters and whatnot, but if someone is generally just looking for imformation on a certain breed, or whathaveyou why must every goddamn person open there mouth and completely shoot down the orginial question just to demand that someone go look at the shelters?
Maybe this doens't make sense but it really bothers me that no matter what the problem/question is every seems to think that telling them to adopt from a shelter is the only way to go.
It's like telling someone that they don't what what they want so they should go to the shelters and pick.
Well I don't personally agree with the way shelters work either.
You can go look at the dogs, and put in a request for the pup, but if someone has already put in a request for that pup before you then you gotta find another one. And they don't tell you either. It takes nearly a month for the whole process to finish. I understand that they don't want to just give the dog to just anyone, but they complain that they don't have enough room when they are the ones who are keeping the dogs there longer than they probably should be?
If you plan on responding to this by being a bitch then keep it to yourself. This is my opinion, in my own goddamn journal that I pay for so unless you have some constructive or someting positive to say keep it in your goddamn mouth!
Ok, I'm done.
