Okio's going away.
She just can't take it any longer.
With her guards up and more impenetrable than ever, she wipes the tears from her eyes and slaps on a mute veneer. Never to reveal the events of the morning, or why she walked home.
Choking back tears, she places certain christmas gifts in the top of her closet, awaiting the return of the recipient. She solemnly returns to the chores of the day, displaying not one emotion. Not even in response to the call from the insurance company. The call from a past lover. The looming news of her much despised father's arrival this coming weekend. The lack of sleep. The lack of sustenance.
As she crawls into bed, she reminds herself that the sun will rise tomorrow despite her wishes. Not knowing what to do, her eyes fill with tears, and she reaches for someone. Quickly realizing no one is there, she grabs the nearest pillow and cries herself to sleep.

i can't not apologize. it's just something i do a lot. and really there's reason to that. i've never in my life heard my father apologize to anyone when he was wrong. and i can't be like that. and i will always apologize because i always feel bad for stupid shit i do, like put my emotions onto others.
