3 am and can't fucking sleep.
Ok,so here's the deal with the tattoo fella. I made an appointment. I went and explained the limits of what I wanted even though I haven't completely decided on the exact elements of it. I mean, the whole idea behind me getting the guy to draw it was for his artistic vision as well.
Hell. Well, he wants a 100$ deposit which will go towards the price of the tattoo but I wouldn't be able to check in on a drawing until about two weeks or so and then, I'd have to wait another two months before I'd actually get any ink.
I realize this is a large project and there are so many others out there going to this guy as well. But damn. I really don't want to shovel out loads of money (another 100$ down after the design is approved) before I even get stuck with a needle.
The whole thing just stresses me out.
So instead, since I'm not really sure on what I want for my sleeve, I'm going to get a phrase. It means the world to me, about my aunt, and I know she is dying. I want to get something for her, before she's gone.
Anyone know of a good script artist in town?
And Doxie, don't you dare say Obscurities! I get the point already! Haha!
In other news, my brother and his heifer wife have moved into their new home. Which, in my opinion, is not worth what they paid. They got fucked on the deal, but I wouldn't say anything to them. It's not like they can fix it. Anyhow, I bought a new litter box for Tonks (my brother's kitten) because I did not like the one they had. Their dogs would dig out the poo and leave it on the floor or eat it! Gross!
And now it's been three days and not even a text message saying thank you. I'm tempted to stop by tomorrow to see if they are even using it.
Ah well.
