since we dicsucced the great rearview mirror fall off of 2005, i figured i'd let you in on the latest car saga.
my air conditioning ceased to function at an unknown time. on saturday on the way to&from work i noticed no AC.
i decided to try and recharge the system myself.
so today i bought 2 cans of r-134a ozone-friendly refridgerant and a nice little plastic can tap/gauge.
i put it on the wrong tap first, oops. luckily it didnt fit which prompted me to get angry and read the paper that came with it.
one can of refridgerant later and one right knuckle scratched badly and cold air
$36 for a job that would have cost at least $130 if done professionally
maybe i should be an engineering major...nah i dont like physics.

Crash update.. Yes i am doing ok..just alittle achy.. which is more than i can say for my jeep.. its been estimated at about 5,000 $$ to fix it , and who knows how long it will take
