My decision to not get another Porsche may need to be re-evaluated. It seems I am 2 years ahead of anything Porsche does, or they listen to my requests magically out of the many people that buy and implement 100% of them 2 years after I ask. The ceramic brakes are being added to the model line as an option from the GT3. Also it somehow beat the Lotus I was considering in handling in every magazine I've seen, previously it was the reverse. Ah well, 12 more months to decide.
I'm selling my condo and buying a house with my sister. I just need to finish the condo off now. Purchase price 123k, sale price 300k, with only 60k left to pay on it will have 240k for downpayment on new house, not too bad. If I actually worked during the past 15 months I'd have had another 100k to drop on it, oh well. Time to get a job.
T-Mobile phone service is sucking this month, seems they need someone who knows how to do testing of upgrades, as these backend upgrades have failed miserably.
