Long ago there was something good. Along came Marilyn Manson and all good went away. While it is not his doing, it certainly feels like something has started the second coming of the bad things, and I thought it couldn't get worse. Silly me.
My house should be done in about 1 more week and maybe a second for touch up work, then it hits the market. Since I am already going to be making a stupid amount of profit on it the current downturn in the housing market doesn't worry me. Whomever buys it will be getting a bargain compared to other places at the same price. If retards attempts to bargain the price down, I remove the appliances from the deal. (Viking range, Sub-Zero fridge, etc) Any deal will still work out in my favor.
Oh well time to watch some anime and then get some sleep.
