Hey there! Guess I'm not the best to commiserate with at the moment because I'm feeling particularly perky these days. Not that I haven't faced some minor setbacks as of late and am preparing for a long financial winter, but I think we are a bit sheltered down here in that our economy is pretty diverse and the oli biz (which has a huge presence) is still propping up our economy despite the downturn. Housing and cost of living is cheaper than your area so it is pretty easy to get by.

but i think my happy personality is the only thing that keep me
from going absolutely nuts.
