The one thing about summer that I enjoy possibly the most is pulling the tarp off the grill and grilling up a storm outside with a beer or 2.
Yesterday was angus beef burgers, today I did salmon (with potatoes, onions and garlic wrapped in tin foil)
not sure what Im doing tomorrow, maybe bbq chicken. And thats why I love grilling, its easy if you just check on it once in awhile, use some spices and take ur time.
edit. ok so it was bbq chicken of sorts, made beer can chicken and it was realllllly good
