- saw the surgeon, says Im healing well, (I do feel better) and I can start increasing my activity level which is good cause Im gonna flip out if I loose all the strength Ive been trying to build up since last year in the gym.

- got a medication, 2 pills 3 times a day, 1 month supply = 450.00....
