Last night was BADASS I went to the Otep Concert at the Meridian.. okay well technicaly it was the "HellYeah" concert, but I went to see Otep. I had a great time, though I think that artists should leave their political views behind when they are on tour, thats just forcing your position upon your fans in my opinion. But it was badass none the less, Otep is so powerful in person... *drools* yea I cant wait till she comes back to Houston.

The thing is though - she's pretty outspoken about her political views on her albums..so why would she not present that while she's on tour?

Anyone who knows Otep - knows what she's about.

See things like that boggle my mind....If she was someone who wasn't politically outspoken - then I could maybe understand people getting upset..but good lord! It's Otep! LOL
