yes.
not all of us think too much, or even think at all. so to be able to fully use your brain to its exceeding extent is a very powerful thing. which you shouldn't ignore nor deny. because the thoughts you think and sometimes not often speak are the true thoughts, the ones that count the most. the ones you're afraid to say or show. cause they change how your environment processes. most people become so comfortable with just BEING. instead of life with being. if you even understand what i mean. we have to certainly live everyday to its fullest, use our brain to express everything we think and want to feel. for one day all of that will be gone, including the people we want to express our thoughts too. life IS too short to not always be thinking of how you can better EVERYTHING. over thinking isnt a negative state. even if you run yourself down, and worry yourself.
be happy.
for others only WISH they had enough inside them to think for themselves.

you can be an independent person with knowledge and self love that you know one day you'll learn to express those thoughts without hesitation.
