I made Pasta alla Amatriciana and it's was superb! I do love guanciale and it's got a better flavor than pork belly if you ask me! Here's a photo! @headshot it isn't Parmigiano Reggiano, it's Pecorino Romano but it was still fantastic. Hope you enjoy the view :)

@fredhincanada bruh, this one, so amazing! I love that dish. It's something I get whenever I'm Italy even though I or anyone else can make it easily lol. It's that simple, guilty pleasure dish that you get on repeat type of thing.
