Off his stellar album Because The Internet, I give you the beautiful and amazing track "3005" by Childish Gambino (Donald Glover). It's a doozy and I love it!! I always have. It's one of those songs where the whole thing makes perfect sense lyrically on the micro and macro level. A true testament to how the world shapes, changes, helps and hurts us. But, we can prevail in the end. To what degree... Nobody knows. But we'll overcome some things and then, one will eventually be our downfall be it person or action taken/not taken. It's a craps shoot but, I'll be right by your side, till 3005. So, hold up. Talk to you all soon again and more frequently. After December things start to be less depressing for me. The sheer amount of bullshit historically that has happened to myself during this time of year is insane. So I have no illusions about this time of year being magical or whatever. Anyway (sorry about the mini rant at the end there) enjoy "3005" and talk to you all soon my beloved SG fam!!
