First up from the monumentally musical landscape changing band The Mars Volta, off the album Frances The Mute, I give you "The Widow" and it's a fantastically creepy track and video that accompanies it! Enjoy! This is one of my FAVORITE albums by The Mars Volta so it holds a special place in my heart in its entirety. Next track below!

From one of the best NuMetal acts of the late 90's and has gone many incarnations. From the band Mushroomhead, I give you a track from their best album in my opinion. That album, 2010's Savior Sorrow. The track in question? "12 Hundred" and it's a killer track full of angst and strange gore for some reason lol. But I love 'em and this was their best incarnation with Waylon as one of the two vocalists and now that he AND Jeffrey Nothing are gone, what the fuck is Mushroomhead now anyway? Ehhh, whatever, I've heard it and it's not horrible but without Jeffrey Nothing you have...well, nothing! Enjoy and see you tomorrow or in a couple of days again!

Much love to all and thanks for sending likes on the "Spooky Fest" music posts even though it's highly subjective to most whether some of my picks are truly "spooky" but I think I've represented a lot of existential dread so far without going to the obviously creepy shit a lot. Anyway, however many likes, I love them and thanks to all my SG fam! You gals and guys rock!
