Another "Spooky Fest" twofer! Figured I'd get this done now since I'm still up and it'll keep me from needing to post later in the day!

So, I'll be back tomorrow with more "Spooky Fest" music all October long! But for now, two special tracks that deserve spots on this "Spooky Fest" music list! First up, a venerated and well received artist, Marilyn Manson. From (In my personal opinion!) the best Manson album ever recorded, Holy Wood, I give you the track "Burning Flag." What needs to be said about Holy Wood, is that it is the best album lyrically, production value wise, sonically and choice of thematic material for the album overall. The decay of America through the corrosive nature of things like patriotism, narcissism, blind loyalty, faith in deities and the overall "American experience" for most citizens here. It's (As most of you that are fans of his work know!) also even more John Kennedy oriented than the few tracks on Mechanical Animals. I don't mind that, but it's an obsession with a lot of heavier artists since it's still an enigma as to what exactly happened on that day in Texas. Still, by FAR the best overall Manson album to be sure! Stick around for the next track posted under this one and enjoy! This track slaps! Also, the next band's track is a LONG one and, I do mean very, very long!

Next up, some Dark Ambient music from a very talented collective consisting of Cryo Chamber (the main artist) and others in the Dark Ambient scene. The Cryo Chamber track in question, is the single "Cthulhu." All of Cryo Chamber's work is related to Lovecraft deities and the mythos in general. All of it being abstract and tied to Dark Ambient music that evokes and conjures up the imagery that nightmarishly sounds just like the "Old Ones/Gods" they are in reference to. If you go to YouTube or Spotify and look up this band, you'll find all the collaborators on their albums too. There are a BIG group of them and they are all Dark Ambient musicians of the highest caliber. Enjoy the haunting hour plus long track that is "Cthulhu." Have a great day everyone and see you tomorrow for another installment of "Spooky Fest" music! I'm happy to be bringing these differing and disturbing (Each in their own special way!) tracks to everyone even if they are well known songs. Sometimes people miss the deeper and more horrific lyrical implications in some tracks and every song I've posted so far for the Fest has been in their own way, an existential, metaphorical or straight up disturbing for "all the right reasons" kind of tracks! Glad I've kept this going and will do so ALL month long with the crescendo coming on Halloween night and the Samhain festivities :) If there's one thing I love, it is disturbing music that really makes a person think. And, possible maybe get a bit queasy from the thoughts these songs might bring to each and every one of us! I know all of these songs have posed "disturbing" inner dialog in my mind and, I hope it does for you too! Enjoy and see you all again real soon!

@therustycheez dude, that makes me super happy to hear!  Their style of Dark Ambient really sells the whole audio end of Lovecraft's mythos!  All their tracks in the Lovecraft series are amazing!  Definitely check 'em all out!  Yay!  Glad you saw this one man!!
