Erica Synths is one of the best modular synthesizer makers in the world. Their prebuilt systems are super expensive. Not Buchla type expensive but nonetheless, expensive. But they've announced the most dope instrument I have ever heard or seen! It's only going to be around 2000 dollars too so that's a good thing honestly. I thought they were going to announce it at about 3 or 4 grand but thankfully not. This is the Erica Synths HD-o1 Perkons. It's going to SLAY every other "drum machine" as this is a drum machine/rhythm synthesizer. So, here's a little five minute "demo" of it with an impromptu jam by one of the best electronic musicians on YouTube from Germany HAINBACH. His little excursion with this system at Superbooth 2021 is sublime and rough! Super brutal. I'm already on a preorder list lol. I cannot wait. It's that fucking good and groundbreaking in my eyes.
