The master of making me cry and feel the loss in every word spoken and note played, Tom Waits. Now this live version from Rockpalast is titled wrongly in the performance even by Tom himself. He calls it "Waltzing Mathilda" and the people from the Rockpalast festival/show just label it "Matilda" but it's really called "Tom Traubert's Blues (Four Sheets To The Wind In Copenhagen)" and is originally on the album Small Change from the year I was born, 1976. It's a beast of a song and this live version is fantastic even if he said the name wrong (I believe it's because Tom is always "four sheets to the wind" drinks wise) due to it being newer or for the reason I put in parenthesis. Either way, enjoy. Maybe shed a tear or two for old "Tom Traubert" as well <3 See you all later on. <3
