So, there was the Deerhunter track that I posted earlier on my birthday. It's a track I have been playing since the album's release in '07. I find it as a "good omen" of sorts because, of course I'm the kind of music weirdo that has superstitions with music involved. Yes that is the actual reason haha. So in the spirit of that, I also have a "post birthday, birthday" song if you will and that one has been, "in play" for me since it's creation in '98.
That creation, is the track "Birthday" by The Jesus and Mary Chain, off the album Munki. So here's that track and it is again a "ritual" for my post birthday period. I know I'm weird, but here it is so enjoy. Oh, and it in no way reflects on my current post birthday time this year and I am in high spirits thankfully! So this song gets played to keep it that way. I'm reflecting I guess. Enjoy, it's a good track.
