I love Sepultura. I'm not as big into them as I once was, but I love when bands can take some tribal or traditional music and make something more unique. I love when some of the European metal bands interject some of their traditional folk music and stylings into songs or when some of the South American groups toss some traditional twists into rap and rock. It makes something a lot more original. Anyone can play metal, but to put some of that culture into the beat, into the track is something I wish was done much more often. Plus, I've always been a huge fan of Igor (I don't know if he's still straight edge because there isn't a lot of documentation on him, but he was for the longest time and had some great things to say about that culture in interviews back in Sepultura's earlier days).

@xheartswornx yeah man I totally agree and am the same way with Sepultura too.  They were amazing and they totally did inject their own culture into metal music in a fascinating and glorious way!  "Kaiowas" that tribal jam track on this album, it was so phenomenal!  I love that song a ton.  I loved all their early albums when the Cavalera brothers were still getting along.  I really don't remember why Igor and Max started fighting in the first place but I thought I remembered creative difference between the brothers.  Either way, when they got the second singer, I didn't like him as much.  But old Sepultura was amazing bro.
