The Cramps. That's right. They were the dope AF psychobillie band. Enjoy! From the 7".

inadequatedreamer:
I barely read "psylocibine band" :D They sound quite interesting!
silentobjectorx:
@inadequatedreamer It's actually Psychobilly from Rockabilly but my bad for spelling it all short and lowercase!  Glad you like it!  I also goofed and put billie up top.  Billy.  My bad again!

Shirt torn partially from my breast.

I long for the days of blood and sweat.

The idle hands that become the threat.

Something or someone better to quench the thirst.

Pulling me forward from slumber to nurse.

At the supple teat of the enriched golden calf.

One in one twined by love.

Two in two broken by you.

Three in three never for me.

Violent Femmes. "Kiss Off" off self titled masterpiece. Enough said. Consume!

weedfarmer:
Good music with this.

You could have walked away from the entire debacle.

No one would have blamed you for it.

In the end, I'm kind of glad you dodged it.

I miss the high tone of angst coming whistling out of your mouth after a rave with bad drugs.

I wouldn't change one bad decision and I'm sorry for ripping off half this line from James.

It's irrelevant...

The last line reminds me of Pink Floyd: “ The time is gone, the song is over; thought I’d something more to say...” 🖤
silentobjectorx:
@dhyani I love "Time" by PF!  So good, so sad!

Rabbit, the singer from Steam Powered Giraffe, has transitioned into a woman and I couldn't be happier for her! This happened a few years back and Rabbit seems legit happy with her new life. To celebrate that "Latum Alterum (Ya Ya Ya)" and I hope you enjoy it!

dhyani:
A friend told me about SPG a couple of years ago, and although I’m not a fan of all of their stuff, I do have some favorites. Their last album was good, and this new single shows they’ve still got their mojo in spite of staff changes. I follow Isabella “Bunny” Bennett on YouTube; her transition was not easy for her. Still, I appreciate how she used her character in their band concept as a point of expression of her struggle, and how her twin brother supported her through it all. She performed a beautiful song on YouTube that SPG has never performed called “Transform” that really grabs one by the heart. She plays an accordion, of all things as she sings. My fave SPG song is “The Stars.”
silentobjectorx:
@dhyani you are correct on all accounts and thank you for listing it all!  SPG has had it's changes and always fared better once making their adjustments.  Plus Isabella is a true delight even if it was hell to get there.  I also forgot that along with the transition, she changed from Rabbit to Bunny as well.  I also love "Transform" on her personal/SPG oriented YouTube.
