From the wonderful band that lost it's lead singer to heroin abuse (RIP Scott Weiland), off their album Purple the track "Vasoline" so enjoy. I liked Prince growing up, but didn't really understand how awesome he was until much later. He'd already imprinted on me by then, so there was nowhere to go but on, which ain't a bad thing in any respect. He is missed. I almost wonder if his genius is a little bit like how Mark Knopfler was for a good while one of the most underrated guitarists, you know until everyone who knew was talking and then, well yeah, not so underrated anymore. Those that know, know how much Prince did and that takes him up that other set of notches on the pantheon? Thanks for laying Nikki across my day, man. =)

@therustycheez yeah I think you're right about it being like Knopfler. Dire Straits didn't really showcase him properly to a lot of "outsiders" in that regard. So I would agree fully with that assessment. It's crazy though because Prince played every damn instrument imaginable haha! I love that not only was he a gods level status guitar player but also a gods level status player of many instruments! I'm glad to have had Nikki make an appearance in your day man!!
So Alice Glass was/is amazing but Ethan Kath was not awesome in any respect as a human being other than his composition skills musically speaking.
