My birthday is in just under three weeks. I originally wanted to do THIS, but for a good handful of reasons I've heard, I hardly think that this would be as fun if I went by myself. THEN, THIS landed on my radar. Gore zone all the way, baby! If any of you Portland locals plan on going, maybe we can exchange a high-five.
In other birthday-related events, I've been putting together a little wish list because I often hear that people have no clue what to get me. Updating this list, I laughed at how boring my requests were. But hey, it's at least all shit that will be put to good use :P Honestly, I would just be super stoked to be able to sleep in, have coffee and breakfast brought to me in bed, and get laid. Haha.
Anyway, soon I'll be going to the advance screening of The Purge: Anarchy with the fabulous Living Dead Magazine crew. I'm also putting final touches on an awesome project that is slated for an august release. Also in the works of outlining a book I'll start co-writing with another fantastic writer. In the meanwhile, please keep your eyes peeled on my website. Plenty of updates will be posted later this week. I promise they'll be good. Also, if you haven't already, check out my book. I still kind of have to sell 200 copies before November if I want Eraserhead Press to consider giving me a contract at the end of my new author trial. (note: selling books is fucking hard).
