Hello, darlings!

Here is a long, overdue update.

First order of business.

Congratulations, Radeo! Great job at being a total babe and an all-around super awesome lady. When your next cover for Inked Girls comes out, I want a signed copy wink

Second order of business.
The writing goes well. I feel like it's all I do these days. Between Pitch-A-Palooza (month-long pitch submission event), short stories for upcoming magazines, and writing out my second novella, words/plots/characters/etc. are constantly jabbing at my brain. A routine sleep schedule dumped my ass months ago, but I'm okay with that. It feels wonderful to create again.

Here are photos from my writing world:

Bizarro Writer's Association group photo. From left to right (starting just above my head): Mykle Hansen, Andrew Wayne Adams, Rose O'Keefe (Publisher at Eraserhead Press), Vince Kramer, Kirsten Alene, Cameron Pierce, Carlton Mellick III, and Jeff Burk.

The Eraserhead Press Christmas Party:
(some of these photos were stolen from Vince Kramer because he's awesome at documenting things)

Another test shot

The "official" group photo (snapped by VK's partner)

We were all given toys. Jeremy was testing the twisting ability of his new toy on Mykle.

I brought a fake tattoo kit, and we all gave ourselves prison-looking tattoos.

Lots of video games were played. Here, Vince snapped a photo of me mastering Galaga while Jeremy buzzed that toy near my ear.

(this was seconds before Cameron shot a sticky dart at my head)

The green blaster of doom! Anyone who played video games that night was subject to getting shot at on the head... or have an octopus puppet gently massage their scalp.

And I continue to make pretty faces at cameras:

This party started at 7pm, and ended at 6am the following morning. Such a fun evening with such a wonderful crowd. I heart these people pretty hard.

Third order of business
Happiness. It took a while for it to come back into my life, but each day continues to get better. Here's to looking forward to what the future has in store!

Lyxzen and I with our high-fiving unicorns!

Celebrating birthdays.

Wearing funny mustaches.

Trying new things just because.

Admiring the beauty around me.

Warm layers and good music.

And still more business.
skull SG has a fabulous NEW BOOK out. There is a slight chance that I am in that book. I had been asked a series of questions for an upcoming book project, but I have no idea if it's this one or another one in the works. If someone snags a book, can you let me know? Haha. I know I'll eventually purchase a copy for myself, but I still have to smooth out the kinks in my financial situation.

skull Member Review stuff!

These two gems are still sitting around for your viewing pleasure.
