hi. my name is kirk and i have a new user picture. i also have the following new things: an interest in medieval british literature; a "check engine" light that's perma-activated in my car; a bracelet that says "teamkid"; a fear that i won't do anything with my life; a love of guinness and newcastle; a procrastination problem; a rekindled interest in obtaining a doggy; a poem that a poet with three published books couldn't stop talking about; a few soon-to-be-scars; an appreciation for pantera, my favorite band when i was 15; a new sweater or two; list of possible grad schools; a new idea for a way for me to get to africa without paying for it; a picture that shows my smile in my pictures section; lack of breath and sleep.
