If you can get a Japanese drivers license, i might have a car you can borrow. +150 per month on rent, you have to get your own insurance though.

If you steal, you die. If your crazy, you get kicked out. If you have no respect for my shit, you get kicked out. If you fall in love with me, you get teased. Replace what you eat/drink. clean up after yourself. No parties unless i give the approval. If you break something you pay for it. And no inviting weirdos over. Be a grown up! Don't think just because your living in my home i'm going to give you a break and let you crash at my house untill you get back on your feet. My home isn't a homeless shelter! I will kick your ass out if you don't pay rent!

I perfer to rent to females... because they sit down to pee, and don't piss all over my bathroom!!! And they are cleaner, sometimes....
