Very concise. Anarchism requires the replacement of external authority with personal responsibility, and so is more demanding of internal discipline than conformity is. Sadly, too many people people reject external authority solely as a license for unrestrained self-indulgence.
That's why I'm a socialist instead of an anarchist. There just aren't enough people around with the strength of character necessary to make anarchism work.
