I feel like I have about a million things to do today, and tomorrow I'm on the road. Mostly, it's things that I "want" to get done versus "having" to get done. But it still makes me crazy.

I can't read Dan Simmons. I think he's the only author I've ever refused to read, for effectiveness. Powers, on the other hand... I bought The Drawing Of The Dark many years ago, and I must have read it a dozen times. I don't think he's ever matched it, TBH.
