The weather in Chicago has been gorgeous.
I had a fantastic time with my sister in town: we did the Architecture Foundation boat tour, went shopping, visited campus, lazed around the house, and checked out Graceland Cemetery.
Watched some Olympics, which is very "not me" but it was great.
Have a place to stay in NYC. Our free place fell through, which sucked. But we got a great deal on a fancy hotel, so we'll live. And we deserve a little splurge.
Ate the ass out of editing this week, and am making progress, so I'm cautiously optimistic. It also means I can walk away from work this week and basically feel fucking A-OK about it.
