My parents are coming in for the weekend. Dear God, let this go well. I mean, I get along great with my parents. But we'll be getting around "SignalNoise style" (re: walking and the taking the bus). They've visited before, but for like a day, or just overnight. This time, they're coming in Friday morning and staying until Sunday. They are staying in a hotel, which makes thing a bit easier. I'm just not really clear on how this will go. Ostensibly, they're coming to see our new furniture, which they helped fund. And we're going to the Field Museum (Tut! Gregor Mendel!). Pray for me, loyal viewers.
