If you like city politics - Chicago is your city this week.
First, there's that little issue of the police torturing suspects, which is coming to head.
Then, there's that whole "Screw the Shakman decision! I'm the mayor and this is Chicago!" party machine scandal.
There's not a lot that can be said about either of these, other than it looks like Chicago city administration is pretty fucked from this way or that one. It's not really a surprise. But it is disheartening.
And hey, at least our mayor isn't a goddamned coke head.. Eat it Bridgeport!
