Aging. Aging sucks. Ive noticed as I have gotten a little older that things are ever changing around me. The way I view things such as politics (which im not that into).. monogamy...the types of girls I was into...the people I associate with hell even the foods I eat.
Im not one for liking change, especially when you have become so accustomed to things. When one thing changes it throws a wrench into the gears. Society as a whole has made me sick. Ive noticed from growing up how much hatred there is out there for one another. There is no respect for the human race. It seems that the days are gone of opening a car door for a lady, holding the door for s stranger, or even saying thank you. Im only 24 and the generations that Im cooped up with disgust me. There will be no hope for humanity If these children that are being raised today continue on these paths. Its quite obvious someone left a steamer in the gene pool (that was a music reference...anyone catch it?)
I try to be polite every day to people, it just ends up disappointing me even more. At work i take care of the people who refuse to take care of themselves...they think we are there to wait on them hand and foot. Take care of them because they dont want to.
Religiou views...thats a whole other topic. I have a certain family member who is openly gay. I support him with everything I can.
I have another who is hardcore extremist catholic who posts all kinds of anti-gay, anti-abortion crap all over facebook...if youre against abortion okay thats you, I dont mind that.
However what is so wrong with two people loving each other that we need to exile them. So fucking what if a male loves male...or a female loves a female. Its all LOVE right?
