update: slept for 8 hours. It was just the wrong 8 hours. Damnit.
==============================
Every freakin' time I finish a passage in my book or refine my philosophy I get this feeling afterward...
...this damn feeling like, like, like...like I'm coding and I'm coming down from heroin and I'm about to cum all at once. I have it right now and it makes me want to just run in the streets...it's the most damn great and horrible feeling at the same time. Great because I feel like life is worth it in this moment, horrible because I just don't know what to do with a high like this.
Ergh. It's kinda like being in love, but without an object to the love
LOL, my heart is racing right now...
==============================
I haven't truely slept (you know, deep sleep - or slept for more than 4 hours on end) in about 5 days.
In this sleep deprived condition some interesting shit is coming into my allready-fairly-damn-creative mind.
I can tell you that:
1. The age range on SG is 18-34
2. Most people on SG are aged 21-24
3. The average age of the groups I'm a part of is 24.5
4. I turn 23 in 6 weeks.
5. The average linux user is almost 25 (I use linux) whereas the average hardcore coder is almost 26 (I'm softcore)
6. The people into (my main high school interests) gaming, sci-fi, and philosophy are suprisingly all an older crowd concentrated around the age 26 (who would have been juniors and seniors when I was a freshmen, which in hindsite is who I had my best times with).
7. Strangely, the people into my college interests (primarily interest based stuff) are a younger crowd - concentrated around 23.
Statistically speaking I think this means I'm cool since I hang out with older people??? (which is, btw, also a fact in reality snce all my buddies started college after the army and a year of traveling, making them all about 3-4 years older than me)
Now that sounds cool but let me tell you why it sucks: In the army everyone will be 2-3 years younger then me but the people in charge, and even some of them will be younger.
Actually, that could be a good thing...maybe.

2. In the military, the older guys usually end up being the leaders amongst the equally ranked just because they have more age=more experience in life itself=less likely to fuck things up
3. Once you get used to things in the military it won't matter when you sleep during the day, so long as you get a requisite number of hours of sleep a week.
4.Who would have thought that a linux user would use mozilla?
5. Did you appreciate my comments or were they crap?
