The human race is a bunch of fucking morons

Evidence to this claim:

For 6,000, yes go and count them, 6,000 years the human race has had fire and pots, and placed water in those pots and covered them while fire heated those pots.

Inevitable, for 6,000 years the tops of those pots would pop off when the fire had heated the pot to the point that STEAM came from water.

I am obviously speaking of how our ansestors have cooked for years, in case you didn't catch that.

So STEAM has existed for 6,000 years!

About 3,000 years ago some greek dude invented a toy STEAM ENGINE to amuze his friend with and such things were toyed with for a few centuries as curious novelties.

Then, SUDDENLY - for no particular reason, about 200 years ago someone saw steam knock the top off his pot and said: 'Hey, I can use steam as an energy source!'

And industry was born.

6,000 years!!! Millions of us!!!! Thousands of different cultures!!!! No one thought of it!!! The greeks had fucking models, they were fucking philosopher's and mathmeticians and NO ONE THOUGHT OF IT!!!!!!
