many apologies for not updating for ages - far too busy than can be good for you!
some sad news i'm afraid, i lost my dear old granny friday night after only a couple of weeks of her being ill. i don't want anyone's sympathy, i just want anyone who stumbles across this post to live for the day and take a few risks. it's the only way to live yr life!
i needed to add more - the funeral was monday, so now we've said goodbye, and life must go on. i wanted to add - for whatever reasons my mum's two brothers are not speaking to her (both these men are in their 50's!). one turned up at the funeral but disappeared soon afterwards, and the other didn't show. do NOT let this happen to your family! almost anything can be sorted out if you just speak to each other, and listen, and it probably means an acceptance of someone elses opinion and maybe some forgiveness.
i don't know, there are obviously some situations which can't and shouldn't be sorted, but most of the time things spiral out of control because people don't speak to each other, assume what the other(s) are thinking and consider it weak to forgive, or just agree to disagree.
that's enough of a lecture from me. on the god news front i've ben accepted to aid a sound project in north wales, working alongside a very well-known sound artist. more details to follow...
