Here goes, Journal entry MK3!!
Since I managed to lose all the big journal entry I was working on last time, here's another, I can't promise it'll be any good but you can either take it or leave it! My Life, the crazy soap opera. The Story So Faaaar... meh!
I had a good day today, I took Devin (my son) to a barbecue today, it was in celebration of my friend Emily's wee girls birthday and what the weather we had!! It's been a braw day I tell you! It was also good to see the rest her familial since it's been years since I've spoken to her folks and her two brothers whom I went to School with, we had a laugh and a water fight...
My ex is being a bit of a bawbag recently, she's been trying to pull rank as Devin's mum, I think she forgets i'm his dad and although we can't be with him on a 50/50 basis I hardly get to see him as much as she does and she still thinks she doesn't get to spend time with him!! I only asked if i could have him for a few hours extra at the weekend! I mean, what!? Come on!!
Went to see boosy's band Marshan at the weekend, they played along side a few other bands but absolutley rocked the place! They even had me doing PR!! it was an honour to hand out CD's to the kids piling out the door! It's just a shame that so many have been handed out (full albums too) and nobody has bothered to get in touch.. So I urge any of you guys reading this, follow the above link and bug the baldy man for a CD, you might have to pay for it but it's so worth it!
Oooh, Aztec Camera, anybody remember these guys from the 80's? The song just came on my iTunes It was my summer song of 88! Okay I was about 7 then but I remember it so well.
I've been busy busy this last few days doing gardening and its been absolute bliss. Onyhoo! More to do tomorrow. Til then....
