I was watching an old band video from about 11 years ago tonight. I put it in to hear how bad my guitar playing was 11 years ago. I concentrated on listening to my playing for a while, how sloppy I was, and how much of a trainwreck the gig was. Then I started thinking about the people that were there that night and how blessed I was to have those friends back then. Which led me to thinking about what happened to the people that were there that night . Some of them became junkies, some joined the military, some of them I'll never know what happened to. Though at that time and place we were all at that shitty little gig. None of us junkies or soldiers or anything back then really. Just fuckin kids makin some noise.
