The 4th sucked... no fireworks. Seems as though everybody I knew was off at some lake or floating some river except me. To try and make something of the day I went down to Barton Springs with the pup, fun for him work for me... at 9 months old and 55 lbs. he's a little hard to handle when he gets excited. And he hasn't figured out that people don't like to be pounced on especially when sitting in the water.
So yeah... there's that.
Got a wild hair and bought a bunch of books on Amazon. Two out of three arrived damaged.... not happy about that. None of them are readers, they are just fun to look at photographer books... inspiration books as I call them.
Thinking of doing another still life shoot soon... really enjoyed doing this one....

I was speaking to another hopeful about doing a shoot with her. Not surprised she has flaked.... seems to be the norm.
