So yeah if you didn't know this I have been not so actively searching for a roommate recently. This is primarily do to my current legal expenses that are piling up. Also it's partially do to the fact that my hours have been cut at work and I really don't want a part time job flipping burgers or stuffing tacos somewhere.
The only two people that have come forward with interest in renting the spare room are women. One whom I would love to have as my roommate but isn't in a rush to move in right now and is only kinda interested. Then the other whom I barely know as a person I run into every now and again downtown whom I now have heard may or may not have a drug problem and is stripping and/or hooking.
The first I told there may be someone else interested and said she'd pass... the second has not responded yet to my questions about the hearsay.
